People now a days are health concious. They do a lot of things to make them healthy, and I think the most important thing is doing exercise and eating healthy food.
In my way of keeping me healthy, I ussually do some exercise like going to the gym, jogging and attending some aerobic classess for at least three times a week. Doing exercise make's your bones and muscle strong, not only your bones and muscle, by doing exercise
you can burn some of your calories and lower down your cholesterol this will benefit for the people suffering from any heart problem.
The other ways to keep you healthy is by eating healthy food like vegetables and fruits. these two have a good source of vitamins and minerals that our body needs. It can protect us from any disease and make our body more energetic.
In my conclusion I think this is the most important thing we should do in our daily life. Make our body healthy and strong.
